Location
Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is set in a superb location with mountain views, offering super nice rooms that are spacious and come with their own hot tubs. The service was extremely friendly, though there were a few mix-ups with orders. The location is convenient for cable car rides but slightly remote for transport to other stations. The dining experience varies but can be amazing with buffet-style meals. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor hiccups.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with clean and spacious rooms perfect for a family of four. The service was a bit hit or miss due to language barriers, but the staff did go out of their way to help during inclement weather. The location, while picturesque, required a shuttle to reach other attractions. The dining experience offered a diverse spread, especially the Japanese dishes, but the facilities were just average.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The rooms were very spacious and offered a beautiful outlook. They had a mix of Western beds and a Japanese tatami area, which was a unique experience. The hot spring water in the room was a real treat. However, I wish the price was a bit more budget-friendly.
